For a traditional industry, the salaries and work pressure in on-site units are fairly reasonable, and bonuses are also generous when the business climate is good.
However, administrative units receive comparatively less attention.
Salaries are considered average compared with the industry.
The International Sales Department has senior sales assistants who push work onto others; no matter how many different lines they are transferred to, they end up driving the sales staff away.
There are also incompetent supervisors who think the office atmosphere is good, are afraid of trouble and of taking responsibility, and only manage trivial matters.
The atmosphere is probably the worst department-wide, and the turnover rate is extremely high.
