Just like the reply below, I guess ^^ You don’t have to see him every day; sometimes he disappears after only half a day.
But if he stays at the company all day, it’s really nothing but trouble—and enough to drive you crazy.
As long as the supervisor takes leave too, with no one keeping an eye on things, you can really start enjoying yourself.
A typical exploitative boss—his willfulness, irrationality, and unreasonable behavior are amplified threefold. He thinks everyone is out to get him and wants his money.
He’s extremely good at playing dumb and being forgetful. Even when things are right in front of him, he’ll just say, “I’m busy, I don’t have time,” as an excuse, and then go on to lecture you about how things aren’t being done completely.
Stingy, self-important, and always looking for a bargain. Other people’s expertise doesn’t count as expertise to him. He is so penny-pinching that he loves buying cheap items on Taobao and Shopee, only to spend even more money unnecessarily afterward. He even buys the materials for renovations, electrical work, and plumbing himself and has others install them.
He’ll also take advantage of someone being absent to complain about them to other coworkers. As if everyone didn’t already know what he’s like—it’s honestly hilarious.
He absolutely hates it when people don’t understand what he’s saying. If you don’t quite understand what he means, he’ll look at you with a hugely self-important, disdainful expression, as if you’re incredibly stupid ^^ He’s unbelievably disrespectful in that regard—it’s infuriating.
If you offer even a mildly differing opinion, he’ll roll his eyes at you and then say things like, “You just don’t understand,” which is incredibly irritating. I might as well tilt my head and flash a bright smile.
He lectures you endlessly until you roll your eyes. He can repeat the same sentence around five or six times. If you happen to overlook some minor detail—something that clearly doesn’t even matter—he’ll keep nagging about it relentlessly. I’m really not exaggerating; it’s absolutely ridiculous and incredibly annoying.
Don’t expect any employee benefits at all—there aren’t any. He even says that people who do technical work don’t leave on time. Like, hello? Are employees slaves? ^^
Anyway, seriously, don’t come here. In summer, you get scorched by the sun, and even the air conditioning isn’t cool. That tells you just how stingy he is....
