There are too many downsides to list—if you're thinking about working in the warehouse, absolutely don't! Run! Materials control and procurement are a complete mess too. They buy hundreds of pallets of materials that pile up and fill the place, while the important ICs are delayed every time. It's hilarious—the materials control team can't even figure out the material status before placing orders, then they change the orders, and the production line uses materials randomly because they can see which materials can be used as substitutes (black-question-mark face?). It's completely chaotic, with no rules or standards at all.
