Low salary. Employees are also deducted NT$400 each month for welfare benefits.
But the company has no benefits at all.
The job duties are different from what was described in the interview. Later, they will also ask you to take on other tasks.
The company has no systems and no SOPs. It is a complete mess. Employee turnover is extremely high.
The key point is that the company’s female special assistant is in charge. She pretends to understand things she does not, and she will dismiss people arbitrarily. She is arrogant and disrespectful.
