Those at the top often bring in a bunch of incompetent people who only know how to put on a show, make grandiose claims, and talk big—people who know how to curry favor with management. They only know how to say pretty words, but that’s what the boss likes to hear.
All the employees know that the company’s product is poor and has no competitiveness. No matter how hard you work, it’s useless; as long as you please those above you, you can coast and not do any work.
Those who have been there a long time understand the company culture, so they team up to slack off and bully newcomers.
The old chairman is still living in the past, often becoming hysterical, and can’t take the truth.
Those who genuinely know how to get things done are exhausted and have no choice but to resign.
In one word: utterly terrible!!!
