1. The work environment is genuinely comfortable—one of the top three best work environments I have experienced in my career. This deserves recognition.
2. Almost all of my colleagues are easy to get along with, but there is always a self-righteous bad apple.
1. The manager helps the company save money by keeping salaries very low, completely disregarding experience—worse than what a fresh graduate would receive.
2. The company has no proper salary structure. Different departments can receive the same salary despite different work, resulting in equal pay for unequal work. After learning this, many employees chose to resign.
3. The manager lacks the professional expertise to manage the department. Front-end specialists are required to moonlight as back-end managers, causing the back end to be at the mercy of certain employees. The manager also dares not say anything, so back-end stability and accuracy are declining. Basically, bugs are fixed only after they appear, but after being fixed, they may continue to cause bugs, previous bugs may reappear, or new bugs may emerge. All I can say is that this is the Wudang disciple cultivated by that manager (you know, Zhang Sanfeng from *Tai Chi Zhang Sanfeng*?) and the karma that manager must bear together. Of course, other departments will also be affected, so everyone take care.
4. Seeing the situation described above, employees who have had enough will leave, resulting in an extremely high turnover rate. Experience and technical knowledge cannot be passed on, and new hires cannot take over in a short time, causing the system to become increasingly unstable.
5. This is a series of chain reactions. Cause and effect will ultimately bring retribution upon those who have sinned.
