Pros
Online interview: It felt like the interviewer took the candidate seriously, and HR also conducted a separate interview to provide explanations or ask questions.
The salary offer was very sincere.
Cons
I heard that the bonus system is unclear. During the interview, they also said to treat it as additional income, which made it seem not very easy to receive.
