1. Chinese meals provided
2. Afternoon tea every week
3. Some team leaders are nice, while others are…
4. Good benefits
First, I should mention that I work in the Production and Operations Department.
1. An unwritten rule that you cannot leave work on time
Even after finishing your work, you still have to pretend to be busy and cannot leave on time.
2. Both the department manager and team leaders like to cut costs when doing things
They review things carelessly and do not listen to subordinates’ advice. When something goes wrong, they berate you and make you take responsibility.
3. You need to use an unreasonable amount of corporate speak
First, when reporting to your manager, you should use as much corporate speak as possible. Of course, your manager will also use plenty of corporate speak with you. Also, whenever you accomplish something, you must make sure your manager knows about it—you have to deliberately show off your efforts. Otherwise, your manager genuinely will not notice.
4. Be mentally prepared to be scolded all day
As mentioned above, whenever something goes wrong, the manager will berate you without caring about the reason or anything else.
If you really just want to make a living and are submissive enough, you can come here to challenge the boss. But if you want a decent working environment, do not come here under any circumstances. You are subjected to verbal attacks and threats at the slightest provocation. It is no surprise to see so many negative reviews. Take this as a reference.
