1. Technically speaking, the official website is built using WinForms, WebForms, and MVC, leaving a lot of technical and architectural debt.

3. Regarding schedule estimation, the process here is also very strange... When management asks you to estimate the schedule, you report your estimate to them, but if they feel the schedule is unreasonable, they cut it down. The schedule should originally be based on each person's capabilities, so estimates will naturally differ. My suggestion is: just follow whatever schedule management sets.
