Returning to work right after giving birth,

I was maliciously reassigned to different duties under the guise of “support.”

I raised the issue and asked for the job transfer process to be carried out (including changes to the employment contract, salary, etc.),

but was told that this was currently a “learning phase,” so the transfer process would not be carried out.

I was told to apply only after becoming proficient at the work.

I was also explicitly told that if I did not want to do the work after the transfer, there would be no other work available.

It was clearly an attempt to force the employee to resign.
