The warehouse is full of bugs, and the systems and SOPs are inadequate, causing tasks to remain perpetually unfinished. Reporting issues is useless—they just act as if “that’s how this company is.” This is not the standard a publicly listed company should have, is it? They keep saying there aren’t enough people, then ask you to work overtime. Why not consider that many people deliberately slack off and work slowly because they can’t finish everything, treating overtime pay as an easy paycheck? In any case, if you run out of time, they’ll just ask someone else to help you. It’s ridiculous that, in my first job at a company as a warehouse clerk, I couldn’t even touch a computer; all I did was keep writing material cards. LOL
