Pros
The starting salary is relatively high compared with starting salaries elsewhere.
Cons
The company's systems and processes keep changing, making it difficult to adapt.
On average, people can no longer stay after just 6–9 months of the honeymoon period.
There is severe internal friction and intense infighting.
Worst of all, even when you are in the right, you can never make yourself understood. It's exhausting!
