The job depends on the department. In a good department, you basically just do your own work, but
it is difficult.
CNC programming -> The people there are relatively easier to get along with. Asking questions and learning more are both good approaches.
Production control -> The way they speak is unpleasant, their ability to learn is poor, and they are very rude to newcomers. Therefore, it is difficult to stay there.
Quality control -> The junior supervisor treats newcomers very poorly, causing experienced employees to leave. If you want to learn skills, you can go there, because there is a pretty good machine available for practice.
CNC -> It is fine for learning skills, but not suitable for staying long-term. There are currently advanced machines, but new employees will not get a turn to use them. Most colleagues are quite easy to get along with.
Development -> The development technology is really not very good. They think highly of their own development capabilities, but the salaries are too low, so they rely on overtime to boost their pay (they really cannot afford true experts). Just look at the three violations of the Labor Standards Act and you will know. This is not made up. Has there been any improvement? Well—absolutely none!!!
Poor technical skills, insufficient capabilities, and compressed schedules result in many items being returned and frequent revisions. If you are not from a related field and want to practice and learn the basics, you can go there to learn, but it is impossible to stay long-term.
Sales -> There are many miscellaneous tasks and a lot to remember, making you feel like a development employee. You are busy all day just dealing with the system and responding to customers.
Accounting -> Sometimes you will wonder who the boss is. The two most senior accountants are truly terrible. When the accounting supervisor has money, they issue orders as they please, and the company is completely treated as their personal domain. Their accounting skills are completely inadequate, and even the accounting categories are organized very poorly, not to mention cost accounting and aging analysis.
This is how the boss uses people, so it is no surprise that this company will continue to deteriorate.
