Mm... as for the drawbacks:

During the interview, I was told that "there would be a greater need for overtime around the middle and end of the month." Someone from HR also told me that "there usually wouldn't be much overtime on weekends."

But after I joined, I've been working overtime almost every week for the past month.

Only later did I hear that regular overtime is actually the norm there?????????

So they just lied to me during the interview????

It's not that I can't accept working overtime.... it's a matter of how it feels =_=

If regular overtime is the norm, just say so... why beat around the bush so much?
