There is no overtime pay, and if you are even one minute late, they insist that you take an entire hour of leave. But those 59 minutes you take off are all effectively donated to the company, because you are not allowed to leave your seat. The surrounding traffic is complicated and the roads are narrow, so many employees give away their precious time to the company there every day.

The factory is a complete mess and the supervisors do not manage it, because somehow every problem is the PM's fault. What he manages every day is your clothing, whether you greeted the senior manager (HR taught us that when greeting someone, you have to raise your hand above your shoulder), and trivial matters such as the PPT layout and colors not being to his liking.

The salary is nothing to write home about, and they also love deducting money from employees. To be honest, it is a lousy place. Unless you are truly desperate, do not waste your time here; the world is a big place.
