A standard traditional industry company. The boss is very frugal. There are absolutely no benefits to speak of. The company only provides a water dispenser with unlimited drinking water; you have to bring your own toilet paper. The air-conditioning temperature is controlled. If you start work at 9:00, you must be seated and begin working on time, and eating breakfast is not allowed. You will be reprimanded if you leave the lights on. After work ends at 5:00, the boss hopes you will continue to stay to give the appearance of being hardworking. There is no overtime pay, no labor pension, and no employee welfare committee. The manager looks at stocks during work, occasionally engages in awkward small talk with colleagues, is extremely protective of the brand they are responsible for, and likes to throw their authority around while refusing to admit it. You can pretty much forget about promotions or raises. The workforce is extremely small and the salaries are extremely low. Think twice before joining.
