I worked as a grooming assistant at Wanda Pets for four months. I was always serious about my work, never arriving late or taking time off. Since I had no experience, my learning speed was relatively slow. But I want to ask: when you work six days a week, and every day at a different company, how can anyone become familiar with handling pickups and drop-offs, get to know the dogs, and speed up? They use a points system to determine dismissals. The number of dogs was fewer than 10 per day, yet under these circumstances they said that my points had not reached the required standard and asked me to sign a voluntary resignation. I was foolish too—this was my first time working for a large company, and I had no idea that I shouldn’t sign. Under pressure from two groomers, I signed it on the spot while crying. Later, I calculated that washing one small dog was worth 5 points, doing basic grooming was worth 5 points, and one pickup or drop-off trip was worth 10 points. To reach the standard they set each month, with one shop having 1–2 groomers and 2–3 assistants, may I ask: do you really have that many dogs? In the end, I was transferred to Kaiduo Pets. Seeing how the previous employees had made a mess of things, all three of us deeply regretted it. Wanda Pets truly gave me a terrible experience. I advise anyone thinking of joining this company to think twice—you definitely have better options!!
