Colleagues at the same department level are easy to get along with in private. The company founder often provides gift boxes from SunnyHills, and the Employee Welfare Committee’s activities take good care of employees. Everyone is busy with work, and a small number of employees, such as those in accounting, general affairs, and PM roles, may need to work overtime after hours.
The department supervisor appears to care about employees on the surface, but often sends Line messages unexpectedly on holidays asking subordinates to hurry and prepare materials. When a subordinate is sick, the supervisor says they care, but still asks them to prepare materials on their days off, claiming that senior executives urgently need them.....
The colleagues there are relatively senior, which creates a kind of old-fashioned mentality that excludes newcomers... Perhaps the electronics industry generally uses a responsibility-based work system to put pressure on people...
