The only thing that’s really nice is probably the office.

There is a lack of staff, people come and go, and the turnover rate is high. They only tell you to be more patient. Even on holidays, there is an endless amount of work to do, and you still have to check messages after work. There is no particularly positive atmosphere; even in meetings, the supervisors have a lot to complain about. Work assignments are chaotic. On top of that, it is a family-owned business. Supervisors without family connections are treated like slaves, so employees are treated even worse. On the surface, they say you can claim overtime, but in practice it is another matter entirely. They tell you that everyone is having a hard time and say, “Please be patient and endure it~”

The employment contract does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. Even if you have worked for less than three months, you are still required to give seven days’ notice. The system is very strange, and there may be many other issues I have not noticed. Anyone considering joining should read everything carefully~

Before you leave, they will try to dump a whole bunch of things on you to do. HR even says that many people who left before still have things they have not finished handling……
