It’s satisfying to apply screen protectors.
1. If you don’t work overtime, the boss will mentally bully you. He directly called me in for a meeting and told me that I should understand the need to sacrifice and dedicate myself to the company. (I also heard from colleagues that overtime pay is calculated arbitrarily.)
2. There are often unreasonable requests. For example, after a contract has already been signed with a vendor, the boss may change his mind and ask you to get the vendor to modify it, leaving you to figure out how to plead with them.
3. The boss often denies having said or agreed to things. If new employees need to submit expense claims to the boss or order goods for him, they must have chat records or put it in writing for the boss to confirm and sign—and you have to insist that he do so!
4. Verbal insults, such as saying that you are a second-rate talent or have no taste.
5. The boss has wildly imaginative ideas and expects you to figure out how to carry them out, but be mentally prepared, because it very often ends up being work done for nothing.
