Pros
Can't think of any.
Cons
1. A family business full of relatives and cronies.
2. The overall system is terribly inefficient and old-fashioned.
3. People online say that whether you have to work overtime depends on the department. Some departments work themselves to death, continue working after going home, and even bring their computers along to work on holidays.
4. It is definitely not a stable, happy company. Those who are willing to be exploited are welcome to join.
