During the interview, they told me the base salary was 24,000, plus a perfect-attendance bonus of 1,000. However, when it was time to receive my pay, the base salary was only 19,500. They then made all kinds of improper deductions from employees’ salaries and bonuses, and also required employees to remain standing and not sit down to rest even when there were no customers. If you feel unwell during work and want to take leave, there is no one available to cover your shift. Despite the obvious staff shortage, they still require employees to work 11-hour shifts for five consecutive days—blatantly violating labor laws in every possible way.
