Pros
The office is beautiful
Fuel allowance provided
Cons
New employees receive only very basic training
Supervisors are not very helpful, so you need to be self-reliant
Leaving work on time will invite criticism; ideally, stay as late as possible
Weekly after-work meeting discussions are unpaid, no matter how late they run
There are more managers than regular employees
Doing just enough is your fault; doing more is what you are expected to do
