Customer service and administration in ordinary companies usually have no issues because they are managed together. This company is very bizarre: customer service and administration are separate departments, so when you take leave, there are two people covering for you—it's ridiculous. Then, after working for 11 months, they still wouldn't give me a permanent-employee title. Just as I was about to reach my one-year mark, they suddenly laid me off, saying it was because the department was downsizing. It was extremely frustrating. Then, when I received the involuntary separation application, they had actually checked “unsuitable for the position.” I was completely dumbfounded—after working for 11 months, you're telling me I was unsuitable? I can only laugh. I'm currently struggling with HR over this. This company makes decisions entirely according to the boss's mood. The supervisors are all permanently acting supervisors, and no one has any actual authority. I raised my concerns with the acting supervisor many times, but nothing ever came of it. Therefore, I strongly recommend not coming to this company. There should be more than one distributor for Gramin, so there's no need to come here to suffer.
