Cons

It’s not a problem to have an interview on a Sunday morning during a long weekend, but overall it was extremely time-consuming. I recommend that anyone going for an interview set aside at least half a day to wait; otherwise, you’ll be the one rushing.

Oh, and the interviewer was extremely relaxed—so relaxed that after I had spent two hours completing all those lengthy forms, tests, and the proposal, I then had to wait for more than another hour. Ha-ha.

HR was also completely indifferent. After collecting the materials that took so long to complete, they had nothing else to do with the matter. There was no explanation as to whether the interviewer had been delayed by something special in the meantime; they simply used bureaucratic language to tell the interviewee to wait, with no contingency measures whatsoever! I even went to the office specifically to politely ask HR approximately how much longer I would need to wait, and HR still put on an attitude and tone of “Just wait—I don’t know—what else do you want?” ~ This level of quality really makes me wish you the best of luck in finding talent as soon as possible ^ _ ^

The behavior of both HR and the interviewer was extremely disrespectful to the interviewee. It’s easy to imagine what the culture would be like if you joined the company!
