When targeted, the boss will only angrily email you without understanding the situation. They won’t personally bother you face-to-face.
Even giving them the benefit of the doubt, this cannot be called a normal job. You are often assigned work outside your responsibilities, and the boss acts as if it had always been agreed that you would do it. If you refuse, you are labeled an evasive, incompetent employee. They never consider how outrageous their work arrangements are. They love using LINE to give instructions, yet tell employees they must not use LINE for work—an absolute double standard. They provide no resources while demanding results, and when they are dissatisfied, they shift all the blame onto employees. They avoid making decisions and taking responsibility; whenever something goes wrong, it is the employee’s fault. Even when their own decision causes a problem, they say it happened because the employee misunderstood. Every mistake is someone else’s fault—how could the boss possibly be wrong? It must be because the employees are too incompetent to keep up with the boss, which is why people keep quitting. Employees are supposedly too incompetent, which is why customers keep complaining. There is no concept of planning: when there are orders, they frantically hire people; when there are no orders, they get rid of employees. In any case, they have plenty of tricks.
What the previous person said about normal people quitting quickly is completely true. Anyone who has direct contact with the boss quits quickly. The boss even looks smug, acting as if they were a feudal emperor.
