There are two types of people who join:
One has no experience and is only looking for a job to make money.
The other is capable and wants to lead everyone forward.
The first type finds a girlfriend.
The second type starts a business.
Two words to sum up the boss: contradictory.
The boss hates young people, yet also likes to hire them.
He hates that young people have no preconceptions, but whenever they propose ideas, he always shoots them down.
He hates that young people lack enthusiasm, but whenever they show passion, he always pours cold water on it.
He hates that young people lack experience, but considers experienced candidates too expensive—or worries they won't obey.
He is always painting grand visions, but everything he does goes against them.
He never says things directly, but posts rants on Facebook in private.
He doesn't understand the industry, yet doesn't respect expertise either.
He always puts equipment before people.
This place is like a large ship, but your captain doesn't know how to steer it.
The turnover rate is extremely high. Over the past two years, there has been no shortage of employees who want to lead teams,
but their enthusiasm is gradually worn away, one by one.
It really isn't worth wasting your life here.
