Not punctual
During the first interview, they said there would be a second round. The interviewer said—actually, the interviewer said that if there was a second round, the second-round interview would involve conducting market analysis, research, and investigation to see which customers and competitors there are. Is that right? I haven’t even joined yet. You should tell me who the competitors are after I join, and then I can conduct the market analysis! I’m not familiar with your products yet. Besides, shouldn’t I learn about your products and the market while doing the job? Only then would it be possible to analyze competitors, products, and the market, right? I haven’t even received any pay from you yet—why should I conduct market research? How would I know who your competitors are, which potential customers there are in the Middle East, or what the product applications are? Of course, after I join, you can tell me who they are, and then I can develop them and conduct market research. I think they want to use my report to gather data! There are plenty of people like this out there.
