1. Once the project is basically completed, handling personal matters is generally not a problem.
2. After a change in management, the company adopted a more people-oriented management style.
3. The workspace is clean and bright, but the 110 cm-long desks are relatively small.
4. There are afternoon snacks to look forward to every Wednesday.
5. Computers are provided, so you do not need to prepare your own.
6. Technical discussions are harmonious, and weekly technical sharing is also included in the weekly meeting. You can train your presentation skills at the same time.
7. Funding is provided for online courses.
8. People with ability but no experience are welcome to join.
9. There are occasional, non-periodic group meals.
10. Taking leave is easy, and the policy is better than required by the Labor Standards Act.
11. There are managers with extensive experience in agile processes.
12. The organization is flat, providing opportunities to learn many things.
13. All-you-can-eat snacks (though one supply may last three months).
1. There is no stable salary adjustment mechanism.
2. I have not heard of any salary adjustment mechanism either.
3. There is no PM.

7. Year-end bonuses were allocated according to projects (before the management change).
8. All the technically strong people have left.
9. The projects I am responsible for have never increased.
10. There is no employee welfare committee. You watch people in the group receive gifts for the three major holidays, while you get only one box of pomelos.
11. It is very cramped when all the seats are occupied—but they are not.
12. There is no mechanism for reviewing employee performance. (A highly problematic employee was never dealt with, leaving many loopholes that later employees had to spend pointless time fixing.) There is no way to know why you received a corresponding reward.
13. The company claims to take on app development projects, but the testing devices are clearly insufficient (it does not even have an iPhone 11 or a Pixel 5).
