Pros

1. The HR representative was very kind and gentle, explaining the process step by step. She had me fill out forms and take photos using an iPad. Large companies carefully screen candidates, so it’s understandable that they require quite a lot of information to be prepared beforehand.

2. After the interview, they even checked in by text message! That really won me over—it was very thoughtful~

3. The interviewers asked very detailed questions, but asking about the details helped them better understand my situation, which I found quite acceptable! To better understand each other, they asked questions that helped both sides gain a clearer understanding. Overall, the atmosphere was very comfortable for answering questions (personally, I have nothing to hide, so there wasn’t much that could stump me ^^).

4. Transportation in the greater Taipei area is convenient; the MRT, riding a scooter, and taking the bus are all good options.

Cons

1. There is a lot of information to fill out beforehand, and it takes time to go through and understand each item. It would be even better if it could be simplified a little.
