The boss doesn't micromanage what you're doing.
1. The position described in the interview does not match the actual job. People who apply for planning positions may later be misled into doing sales.
2. The atmosphere at work is tense, and the boss seems to have emotional issues.
3. Many positions have been vacant for years because everyone leaves within three months.
4. The office is split into two cliques that undermine each other.
5. The air conditioning in the entire office building is turned off at six, but not working overtime is impossible.
Those who have their own ideas will know what I'm talking about once they join, but I still hope no one gets misled into joining.
