Pros
When things are good, it makes you feel like the company is one big family.
Cons
Don’t believe in the idea that they have compassion. When they become ruthless, it’s beyond what you can imagine.
You might be inexplicably kicked out after joining, without being able to argue back or understand what you did wrong.
They may agree to something with you one day, then kick you out immediately the next day after finding someone better.
There is a lack of HR, so new employees may be inexplicably blacklisted and have no way to argue back.
