All I can say is that the entire editorial department is Mandy's world. She has the final say on everything, and she's a VERY CONFUSING leader. The dialogue was originally supposed to be 10–12 lines, but after revising the draft herself, she let 7 lines pass.
All I can say is, if your academic qualifications aren't as good as hers, don't come here under any circumstances—she's very good at putting on airs.
