1. During the interview, they said there would be a one-month year-end bonus, but there was actually nothing. Haha
2. The old-timers are extremely good at passing the buck, and their backstabbing skills are top-notch 👍🏻
3. The company reorganizes every three months, and the turnover rate is extremely high (on average, people don’t last a year). After a reorganization, you may be transferred to another department and then get criticized: “You’re not in this department, so how do you not know this? (??)”
4. The workplace atmosphere is incredibly poor. Every department only looks after its own responsibilities, and people won’t even say hello because they’re afraid of becoming the subject of gossip behind their backs again (speechless).
5. There are tons of managers and above (haha, more than the number of assistant specialists), yet not a single one who is capable of making decisions. Thanks ^^
6. I strongly advise anyone considering an interview not to come, unless you feel your life is too long and worth wasting here.
