Workplace reviews and discussion: 樂購蝦皮有限公司

- The office is very new

- The benefits are quite generous by Taiwanese standards

Terrible beyond words,

- Your work experience and workload depend entirely on which boss you end up with. I’ve heard of people encountering terrible bosses who led the bullying from their very first day on the job, as well as many who treated employees as disposable. After all, there’s no shortage of graduates—once one doesn’t work out, they just move on to the next one.

- The salary isn’t as high as you might imagine. The people who joined three or four years ago are the ones having it good; now all the positions are blocked, and there is constant infighting within and between departments. The reason for the major reorganization every six months is apparently not primarily business expansion, but that after the infighting, someone leaves again. I advise everyone to think carefully.
