All the credit goes to the staffing agency that helped me.
If there were a rating below one star, I would absolutely give a negative rating.
You should really think twice about taking a dispatch job. The full-time employees at the Freeway Road warehouse had terrible attitudes and were extremely unfriendly toward newcomers. This was the first time a dispatch job made me so angry that I wanted to file a complaint. When I resigned, they humiliated me by saying I was impolite. Who are the impolite ones here—are you full-time employees so superior? The dispatch workers were all willing to teach people patiently and politely.
From the very beginning, they were impatient when training newcomers. (One full-time employee even proudly said that he had argued with the freight company—so what, is that something to be proud of?) Newcomers were not allowed to speak. When a newcomer tried to learn on their own, they were scolded. Their tone made it seem that, as full-time employees, they could simply raise their voices; their contempt for others was obvious. I have been able to stay at other places for more than three months, but great job, momo! I wanted to slip away after only half a day. The work itself was very simple, but the full-time employees were unfriendly to newcomers and spoke by yelling at them. They even lectured me about being impolite when I filled out my resignation form. As I was leaving, I thanked them for their help, but that full-time employee rudely slammed the door and walked away. It was utterly absurd. I still want to complain about the workplace—I'm furious! (I am not someone who writes this kind of work experience review; I was just too angry to let it go.)
