There are serious cliques, and people constantly complain about customers among themselves, which does not align with the company image. There is no smoking area, so going outside and coming back takes ten minutes each time. The time-clock policy is not as promised: the few minutes of flexibility before and after shifts are not real, and you must clock in and out at the exact correct time. There is no flexibility. There are too many shifts, so you can only eat alone, which is very lonely. The work is repetitive, just like an operator’s job. Basically, unless a new store opens, there are hardly any job openings. I have a friend who applied two or three times and failed every time—poor thing.
