They are very good at pretending to be a great boss during interviews, willing to listen to everything and claiming that everything will comply with the Labor Standards Act. But once you start working at the company, the Labor Standards Act is completely ignored. The boss does whatever they want and personally manages everything, rendering all employees powerless. No one has the authority to make decisions or handle matters; everything is decided by this boss. They manage the company using their strange mainland Chinese way of thinking, so this company is full of workplace violence by the employer against employees. If you see this article, do not go to the interview—it is a waste of time. Any position is a waste of time.
