They scheduled an interview with me, but when I arrived, the interviewer was not there.
Two managers from unrelated departments were flustered and even asked why someone had come for an interview.
The interview experience was very poor.
The woman who originally called to invite me to the interview told me that she would explain the benefits and job details later.
However, when I arrived, the information was also presented in a very disorganized way.
I also had to take a 100-question personality test…
They said there were 8 days off per month.
The year-end bonus was not guaranteed; there might or might not be one.
A NT$300 gift for each of the three major holidays.
Later, while I was leaving, a manager called again and asked me to go take a look at the site for which I had applied.
Actually, I was still unclear about the job responsibilities.
Overall, the interview situation was unsatisfactory.
