A high-level interview, with managers and vice presidents—about five people in total—waiting in advance to interview the candidate.
The position I interviewed for was programmer, and the interview took place around April or May. During the interview, one of the HR representatives leaned back in the chair, crossed their legs, and appeared disdainful. Overall, I felt disrespected and looked down on solely because of this interviewer.
When I look for another job in the future, I absolutely will not work with this company. If you do not show the respect that should be given, do you really expect to find anyone? What's more, your company was the one that proactively contacted me for the interview.
