I really can't think of any advantages.

The company contacted me to say that they had seen my résumé and wanted to interview me. On the day of the interview, the manager suddenly had an urgent meeting, so they found a foreign employee to chat with me and introduce the company. However, the HR team really failed to coordinate the timing properly, leaving me waiting for nearly an hour. Then, after scheduling a time for the next interview with the manager, they stood me up that day! They didn't respond to my emails or phone calls either. This company is truly awful 👎
