Pros
The computers are very new, and the HR staff are very friendly.
Cons
The schedule for going to Taichung for training kept changing. At first, they said it would be two weeks, then it became 2–3 weeks. Later, they said that this time we would first train for 2–3 weeks, then return to our original unit to work, and go to Taichung for training again a month later. The accommodation provided for the vocational training is not very good, and it is a short distance from the company.
