Cons
People are being laid off internally all the time; layoffs happen about once every 2–3 months. A typical family-owned business.
Policies change from morning to night and keep changing constantly. Basically, decisions are made based on the mood of the moment; if you can't keep up, expect to be laid off.
You need to be able to tolerate mental bombardment and shouting. If you don't like being forced to participate in company activities during your personal time, I really recommend that you don't come!
