The HR department is extremely lacking in sense, has a very condescending attitude, and seems to lack the professional competence required for the position.

Your company should seriously reorganize this department and not allow deadwood to remain on the payroll. I believe HR should represent the company’s image and give interviewees a positive first impression, but instead it repeatedly made me feel disrespected. This was truly a very poor experience.
