The HR department is extremely lacking in common sense, has a very high-handed attitude, and seems to lack the professionalism required for the position.

Your company should thoroughly reorganize this department and stop keeping unproductive employees on the payroll. I believe HR should represent the company’s image and provide interviewees with their first impression of the company, but instead, it repeatedly made me feel disrespected. It was truly a very poor experience.
