really be careful.
Department heads keep changing, the accounting staff keep changing, and the HR staff keep changing.
The people who remain may not necessarily know how to handle matters or solve problems.
When it comes time to assign blame, they will aggressively pass the buck.
I’m sincerely asking everyone to think twice.
Employees are mentally exhausted.
Going back and forth over so many matters can really drive you crazy.
A supervisor can say something and then deny having said it.
Everyone gives a different account of the same matter.
It feels as though everyone is living in a different time and space.
