There are absolutely no advantages. The only advantage is probably that they tell you they are a staffing company that assigns employees to client sites.
They keep sending interview invitations nonstop, from 2019 through 2021. Will it ever end???
This morning, they called again to ask whether, since I had written C# at my previous company, I had also written JS and jQuery.
How unprofessional. Don’t they know these are two separate languages? What does it mean to have “written” something? Does merely having touched it count as having written it?
I answered no, and they immediately said, “Okay, thanks, bye-bye,” and hung up without even giving me a chance to speak. The quality of their HR staff is terrible—where did they find such unprofessional recruiters???
Not only is your company’s industry terrible and does it treat people as disposable; the quality of its staff is also extremely low.
