2. Neither the working hours nor the break times were explained.

3. There are many courses to attend, all of which must be taken during your own time.

4. Both individual and team performance targets apply.

@When asked about employees competing with one another for sales, the interviewer quickly replied, <We have our own way of handling it.>

They later said that it was usually a matter of differing perceptions and that it would basically be handled through communication (= unable to resolve it).

5. The interviewer had a poor attitude.
