Position: Logistics Management Specialist
Before joining, it depends on which team you interview for.
There are four teams: Accounting, Sales, Arrival, and Dispatch.
They will tell you it is an office position, but in reality you mainly go outside to help sort goods.
During the interview, they said you could leave work on time, but after starting, that was completely untrue.
Working hours are also frequently changed—sometimes earlier and sometimes later.
During peak seasons, the work is extremely demanding, such as during e-commerce campaigns or holiday periods.
The working hours are very long and the job involves heavy physical labor. If you cannot lift heavy objects or have back problems, think carefully before applying.
Most of the drivers there are the kind of people who are quite difficult to communicate with; it depends on the station. That is how it is at ours.
As for days off, during the interview they tell you that you get days off on national holidays and that all public holidays are off.
That is misleading: you get six days off per month, including national holidays, and Saturdays are rotated shifts.
Regarding salary and bonuses, NT$3,000 is deducted from your salary every month.
It is paid out once every three months as a bonus. Your supervisor will rate your performance—good ratings increase it, while poor ratings result in deductions.
The office position has been open for a long time and turnover is high, which says it all.
