None whatsoever. Even more shameful is that the boss himself comes on here to manipulate the reviews.

This boss does not treat employees like human beings. He always goes out of his way to make things difficult, humiliate employees, and criticize them. He is clearly the least capable person of all, yet he is always bragging about leading everyone. The most ridiculous thing was when, during a morning meeting, he bragged to the employees that the company would definitely go public the following year. To say something like that with the company’s level of revenue—you can only say that ignorance is fearless. Relying on his money, he thought he would never have trouble hiring employees. How about now? The debt must be suffocating you, right? Yet his personality is still just as overbearing and unreasonable. I have nothing more to say.

It is true that you cannot defecate at work. No matter what he says about it being for the sake of your health or that you should get into the habit of relieving yourself at home first—all that nonsense—the fact is that you simply cannot defecate in the restroom. If you are caught, just wait to be humiliated. He will even publicly mention it in front of everyone during meetings to shame you. If you cannot defecate in the restroom, are you supposed to do it on your desk?

This boss has absolutely no ability whatsoever. He cannot manage, cannot handle the business, and has no foresight. As a result, he can only nitpick over trivial matters and give employees a hard time to make himself feel good. He will always shift the blame onto employees, claiming that they do not care about the company or lack ability. Absolute power means absolute responsibility. This boss has run the company into its current state, yet he dares to shift all the responsibility onto the employees. This proves that he is not only completely incompetent but also utterly unwilling to reflect on himself. The company’s current situation was inevitable.

The accounting department manager has a very strange mentality. No one can escape her grasp. Whether they get along with her or not, they will eventually be driven out by her. Like the boss, she is also incompetent, so she is very afraid of people below her who are capable. Anyone whose abilities are better than hers will be driven out. The problem is that the only people less capable than her are the boss and another senior employee in the retail department, so everyone else has left. Just because of the boss’s favoritism, someone with this kind of personality was made the highest-ranking manager. All the good talent was forced out. This is also one of the reasons the company deserves to go under.

All the negative comments are genuine. Even the positive—and even the merely average—ones are posted by the boss himself to manipulate the reviews. I really could not stand it anymore, so I am sharing my experience of having worked for this bizarre boss at this bizarre company. Do not come here under any circumstances. This place is basically hell on earth.
